Please email us if you wish for your package to be discreetly wrapped for any reason at all!! For example you wish for it to be a complete surprise or you may not wish for your office colleges to wander what delights you like to wear or who you're treating!! Its no problem - just let us know!
All our goods are sent 1st class recorded delivery via Royal Mail within 48 hours. Please allow up to 3 working days.
If the parcel is local to Hythe, Folkestone, Ashford or Canterbury it may even be delivered by one of our team!!!
We are happy to deliver anywhere in the world.
The shipping charge is
£6.00 for Europe
and
£15.00 for the rest of the world.
Lotti's reserves the right to increase the shipping cost if neccessary. You would be notified if this happened and always asked if acceptable before proceeding with the order!
For larger packages and deliveries such as the chaise longue or the glass round table ,any artwor or furnishings, the delivery will be made via courier. The cost ,time and date confirmed before the transaction completed.
Again, if you are local - near Ashford, Folkestone, Canterbury, Hythe or in Kent you may wish to collect the items yourself. We will always make sure the arrangement is the most suitable for you!
